About the event
Join Sarah for a 45-minute all levels outdoor Pilates class in honor of National Pilates Day.
We will be setting up on the green in front of the parking spaces in front on the ocean. Please bring a mat and water.
Ticket price includes class, your choice of a locally made electrolyte beverage from Lifestyle by Emme, and homemade peanut butter chocolate chip protein balls.
Class will be filmed to gain content for our socials and website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let Sarah know ahead of time.
